Try Something Different
If you have been advertising your bridge classes in the standard sections of the newspaper (i.e. Lifestyles) with little or no response, try advertising in the dining section or the movie section. We have had some very positive feedback from teachers and clubs that have tried this. And don’t forget to use the Cooperative Advertising Program (CAP) to get more out of your advertising budget. Read more about the CAP here.

New Member Newsletter
ACBL is launching a quarterly newsletter for new members starting this year – 2008. The first issue of the New Member newsletter is scheduled to be mailed early in April to the people who joined the ACBL between January 1 and March 31, 2008. This group will receive its second issue in early July when the second group of new members (those who joined April 1 through June 30, 2008) will receive their first issue. And so it will continue. We are very excited about this new publication and hope it will make it easier for our new members to learn more about the ACBL and to become comfortable as a part of ACBL's family. |
