NOTICE OF ELECTION FOR UNIT 141 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The following candidates have been proposed by the Nominating Committee for election to Unit 141’s Board of Directors for a three year termbeginning in 2010.  The election will take place during the January Sectional at the Crescent Shriners Temple in Westhampton, NJ from January 8-10, 2010. 

Any member of the Unit may make an additional nomination by submitting a petition signed by at least 25 members of the Unit in good standing.  Such petition must be delivered to the Secretary, Elaine Landow, (2556 Morris Road, Lansdale, PA 19446) at least 30 days prior to the start of the election (December 1, 2008).  All petitions must include the player’s name, signature and ACBL number.  In the event there are no petitions, the slate proposed by the Nominating Committee shall be considered to be elected and no formal election will be held.

Anyone petitioning should try to get their petitions in as early as possible so that their candidacy can be publicized on our website.
