ELIG will scan all players in all sections and compare the masterpoint holding as found in the lookup data base in \ACBLSCOR\PLAYER. Any players with too many masterpoints for the stratum or event will be reported.
Useful for the DIC of a STaC to scan game files imported from the various clubs.
